The Michigan cannabis packaging laws are less difficult to enforce with the understanding that the first question is not whether the pouch appears compliant or not it is whether or not an adult can instantly know that this is a regulated product of marijuana. Identities of the products, package protection and label information should narrate the same. The presence of an infused gummy with a commercial name that plays with words can lead to confusion, when regulated character of the piece is not as strong as the branding of the confectionary piece.

This paper employs an identity-first review of Michigan products of marijuana particularly infused products and edibles. It does not constitute legal advice.  Conduct Youth-Appeal and Misidentification Audit.

Stop release and compare new formulation with ingredients and allergens and make controlled revision of artwork issue.

Scenario C: The multi-pack only makes sense to inner units.

Check the existing unit-label requirement and include the required identification to each unit prior to delivery.

Scenario D: The pouch looks like a generic-candy.

Change the name, imagery, typography or the overall composition instead of using a single line of warning to cancel out the overall effect.

Will a sticker fix a problem of Michigan product-identity?
